Trajan

I designed a twelve-page, full-color brochure centered on the history and development of the typeface Trajan. Through research, I explored its historical classification, technical and conceptual developments, and identified key defining characteristics of the typeface. I also incorporated both historical and contemporary examples of its usage to demonstrate its lasting influence in design. The composition references historical page dynamics from the period in which the typeface originated while recontextualizing them through a modern design approach.
