This originally started out as a personal project. At this time, I had gotten Left 4 Dead 2 on my PC, and I was loving the style and idea. Previously I had been playing Crossout, a wasteland styled vehicle builder and fighter, so the idea of an apocalypse was already in my head. In March, I gathered a friend, his brother, and two of his cousins to be the "survivors" of this shoot. My friend's dad worked at a steel plant, and he let us use his work's building for some of the beginning shots, as well as lending some of his actual guns (he was ex-marine). The other location of these shots are the other farm that my dad owns. The abandoned house and old barn were perfect locations for a shoot like this. Overall I was very pleased with how this turned out and I've even considered making an Apocalypse 2 someday.
